For the king suite, for example, Motel A quotes 190 euros for three hours or 290 euros for one night with sauna and whirlpool. These numbers belong to the specific published example. They are neither a market price nor proof that the spa room is available on your anniversary.
Expressly add an ambience package
The operator lists an ambience package with candles, artificial rose petals and a bottle of sparkling wine; a soft drink alternative is also mentioned. The published package price is 25 euros. In the aforementioned three-hour example of the King Suite, 215 Euro is calculated from the 190 Euro basic tariff and 25 Euro package. For the overnight stay it would be 315 euros. These are calculation examples from the published positions, not an individual commitment or a complete calculation for further requests.
How do you avoid misunderstandings on a special occasion?
Name the specific package instead of a general expectation of romance
Romantic can mean very different things to two people. Therefore, describe the desired package and other essential details specifically. A description as a wedding or anniversary suite does not automatically mean that decorations, drinks or additional services are included. Get confirmation of what service will be added to the selected spa room and how it will be calculated. If you are preparing a specific surprise, clarify in good time what arrangements the company actually offers for it.
Combine important information in one answer
Before you make a binding commitment, the spa room, date, start, duration, number of people and total price should match in the same concrete confirmation. Add the agreed extras and ask about change conditions if these are important to you. Do not rely on separate general information automatically forming a combined offer.
